Vegeta had discovered Gohan's dragonball?

I'm referring to Vegeta/Gohan pedo moment on Namek. What if Vegeta had noticed
the dragonball Gohan was hiding? Here's my view...
Vegeta is still in too good mood to kill anyone. He gives Gohan some more beating
for trying to hide the ball, but lets him go. He gathers all 7 balls, but the dragon
doesn't show up.
Meanwhile, Krillin and Gohan start flying to Guru's house. Krillin hopes that Gohan
will become stronger than Vegeta after the potential unlocking ritual and they'll be
able to get back the dragonballs before Vegeta makes the wishes. They fly as fast
as they can.
Vegeta senses them and goes after them. He asks them how to activate the
dragonballs. Krillin and Gohan, who don't know about Namek's code yet, tell him
they have no idea what he's talking about. Vegeta doesn't believe them and kills
them.
Eventually, Vegeta finds Guru's house. He fights Nail and gets killed. Nail takes
the dragonball Vegeta had with him.
4 days later, Ginyu forces arrive. They start searching for the dragonballs. With
their scouters, they detect Nail's and Guru's chi. They go to the house. Guru asks
Nail to kill him, so that the dragonballs won't be used by the bad guys. Dragonballs
turn to stones. Ginyu forces kill Nail and Dende and return to Freeza to tell him the
bad news.
At around that time, Goku arrives. Freeza is about to destroy the planet and leave,
but Goku shows up. He's so angry for his friend's/son's death that he kills Freeza
and his men without giving them the time to do anything. Then, he takes Bulma
and they return to Earth.
From this point on, history is split into 3 timelines...
-Timeline 1: Goku dies of heart virus. Androids dominate the world. Bulma goes
to the past to give the antidote to Goku (see Timeline 2). She comes back and
deactivates them. Cell kills Bulma and travels to the past (see Timeline 3).
-Timeline 2: Alternate Bulma gives the antidote to Goku. Without any other Z
fighter alive, without any dragonballs left, Goku listens to the other's voices
of reason and destroys Gero's lab before the Androids show up. They also force
him to give them the Androids' blueprints. Bulma and Alternate Bulma work
together to make a remote control. Alternate Bulma returns to Timeline 1.
7 years later, Babidi fucks up everyone.
-Timeline 3: Cell arrives before Alternate Bulma and burrows underground. By
the time he surfaces, Androids have been destroyed. Eventually, he meets
Goku and kills him. After absorbing everyone on Earth, he leaves to explore
the universe.

1. Vegeta would have a problem summoning the dragon.
2. Vegeta ask the humans to summon the dragon or else.
3. The humans can't summon the dragon therefore Vegeta and the humans will have to go to Guru.
4. Nail kills Vegeta therefore Guru tells the humans how to summon the dragon.
5. Piccolo, Tien, and Yamcha will be revived but they don't have a spaceship therefore they'll just have to wait for Goku to arrive.
6. The Ginyu Force arrive but no match against the Z fighters because of Piccolo's godly gains.
7. Therefore with Goku's arrival, they'll meet Freeza and get slaughtered because of Goku for letting Freeza transform.

Same as Fearless said (though I believe they'd revive Chaozu instead of Yamcha and Tenshinhan and have Piccolo transported to Namek with the third wish), up until the Freeza part. I doubt Goku would let Freeza transform when realising the Gravity of the situation and not knowing Freeza could transform, therefore not giving him the chance Vegeta did. Even if so, I believe Piccolo and Nail would've fused at this point since Piccolo would've sensed how far above him Freeza was. Goku and Piccolo likely kill Freeza before he can go into his 3rd form and the arc ends there.

4 years later, everyone's killed by the Artificial Humans, or 1 year later by King Cold if he manages to find out where those who killed his son came from. In the former scenario, I doubt anyone could achieve SSJ in time to be a match for #19 or #20 unless Future Gohan (who I believe would've focused on his survival due to Trunks not being there) gave his father a good explanation on how to attain the form.
If Goku can go SSJ, then he destroys #19. I doubt the heart virus would strike, since it being exclusive to him most likely meant he picked it up on Yardrat. #20 still escapes back to the lab, with #16 killing Goku as soon as he's activated. Gohan gets enraged and goes Super Saiyan, though with only Piccolo and maybe Future Gohan there as SSJ tier support, he'd at best be able to put up a fight until #17 and #18 decide to KO everyone, before leaving to journey around and decide what to do next. Piccolo fuses with Kami, meets Cell and Cell escapes. Without the Namekian Dragon Balls or Shunkan Ido to get them to New Namek, Goku is permanently dead and so, Gohan and his future self go into the Rosat after Piccolo informs them of it.
Things go pretty similarly to the main timeline up until Cell transforms, as with the lack of Shunkan Ido and both Gohans already being in the Rosat, Piccolo and Ten are killed by Cell. The Gohans would then emerge, find Cell and kill him before he can do anything such as self-destruct. The aftermath is pretty similar to the Cell Arc's ending.

As for the Boo Arc, there's no Goten (assuming he was conceived during the Cell Game wait) and with Goku and Gohan being the only reasonably strong fighters left, they waste no time in killing Dabura. I assume Goku's otherworld training would at least get him up to his Cell Games level, so together they should be able to defeat him. Boo isn't revived, Shin kills Babidi and the Earth is saved.

For Super, the lack of 6 Saiyans means Beerus' SSG prophecy never happens, so he likely never encounters Goku. Freeza can't be revived and without meeting Goku, neither Champa's incentive to create a tournament, Zamasu's complete hatred for mortals or Zen-Oh's Tournament of Power ever happen. Basically, Super doesn't happen and things remain peaceful until Zen-Oh decides to erase Universe 7.

In canon, it was only after Goku's encouragement that everyone decided to use ROSAT, which explains why
nobody used it in Trunkses timeline. So, with Goku killed by Sixteen, how does the idea occur to them?
Anyway, if, for whatever reason, they figure it out by themselves, they use it sooner than in canon (because,
in canon, they waited for Goku to recover from the virus, whereas, in your story, they had no reason to
procrastinate). That means they exit ROSAT sooner, Cell doesn't have the time to do anything and nobody dies.
A good question (assuming things go as i described) is what they make of Androids after Cell is defeated.
Does Gohan forgive them for permanently killing his father?

Piccolo would know about the Rosat, at least after fusing with Kami. It'd make no sense for him to keep that information to himself.

I forgot about Goku taking that long to recover. You're right in that. It doesn't really change much else in the series, since Piccolo wouldn't be of much relevance in the Boo Arc beyond perhaps being the one to take down Pui Pui.

I believe Gohan would forgive them after having enough time to evaluate the situation. Of the trio, only #16 wanted to kill Goku and it was just through his programming, something that would no longer be there due to his mission being complete. He may have Bulma alter #16's circuits just to be sure, though I doubt he'd kill any of them after seeing they aren't as bad as in Future Gohan's timeline.

Just like it made no sense for Mr Popo to keep that to himself in Trunkses timeline.
Piccolo believed they wouldn't be able to handle it, and it was only after Goku's encouragement that he liked the idea.

I doubt Piccolo would even tell them about the ROSAT. He knew about its existence but it didn't cross to his mind about using it.

Trunks and Gohan never visited Kami's temple though from what we know.

If things got desperate, he'd probably inform them. Most likely, he'd wait until just before he had to face #17 to warn them about it, seeing as how he'd know he couldn't handle both the Artificial Humans or Cell on top of them.

Couldn't Popo go and tell them? Like he went with his carpet to inform them about Kami's spaceship?

Too busy making toast :troll2

Seriously though, he may have factored in that there was a high probability #17 and #18 may shoot him down before he could tell them who he was and deliver the information.
