Vegeta has the Enhanced SSJ2 in DBS Episode 16?

At least in that episode, Whis mentions that Vegeta has gotten stronger, which means SSJ2 Vegeta (Episode 16) > SSJ2 Vegeta (Enraged).

Could it be that Vegeta used an Improved SSJ2 in that Episode?

It's gotta be massive. He can finger flick Ssj3 Goku I'd imagine. I never truly scaled it though.
