Vegeta in DBS Chapter 116 felt the Ki of UI Sign Goku?

I was thinking that Toppo talks about UI Sign Goku's Kamehameha against Kefla, as a reference point of his maximum power. Does it mean that UI Sign Goku's Kamehameha fits the power of his speed level?

I was thinking that maybe Goku and Vegeta in the ToP still couldn't feel the Ki of the UI Sign and UI forms?

I'm thinking about:

UI Sign Goku Kamehameha (Vs Jiren) = UI Sign Goku (3rd Use / Speed) > UI Sign Goku (3rd Use / Strength) > Jiren (Minor Suppressed) >> Jiren (Minor Suppressed) >> UI Sign Goku Kamehameha (Vs Kefla) = UI Sign Goku (Speed against Kefla) > Jiren (Chapter 122) > Vegeta SSJBE (Final Explosion) > Kefla SSJ2 (Power Up) >>> Kefla SSJ2 > UI Sign Goku (Strength against Kefla) > UI Sign Goku (1st Use).

Vegeta was fighting Toppo at the time and sensed it. If you watch the episode you can see it cuts to Vegeta and Toppo stopping to fight for a second and commenting on his power.

3rd UI Sign Goku has better feats than 2nd UI Sign by fighting evenly with Jiren, so I think Toppo is saying Jiren estimated how strong Goku would get more or less based on the progression he was seeing from Goku. It's also possible that Kamehameha he fired on Kefla was rather powerful. She was hit so hard she defused.

Jiren (122) is the strongest Ki Vegeta ever felt, and then Jiren does quite a power up in 123 after Goku almost rings him out, he's so strong Goku reverts to base out of fear. I have SSJBE Vegeta (Final Explosion) > Jiren (123) because Jiren clearly wasn't many times stronger than KKx20 SSJB Goku and SSJBE Vegeta, but Final Explosion is 4-5x Vegeta's power as seen in the Boo Saga. Finally, Jiren does his biggest power up yet in 127 or 128 after 17's fake self destruction and shouldn't be too far from full power.

@GreatSaiyaman123 I was watching the Chapter, however Vegeta makes no mention of the Ki on UI Sing Goku. Vegeta can tell how powerful he is, at the cost of seeing how he fights.

Warriors in general talk about the heat that UI Sing Goku radiates and can deduce that by turning on and increasing his heat, it also increases his power.

Although UI Sing Goku is stronger than Jiren (Chapter 122) and others don't feel UI Sing Goku's Ki, it doesn't contradict anything Vegeta's statement about Jiren having the highest Ki in DBS Chapter 122.

That's why I think Jiren (Chapter 122) just has to be stronger than Kefla SSJ2 (Peak).

The only thing that makes me doubt this, is that in Chapter 110 (minute 12 or 13), when Goku's UI Sing form first appears, Roshi comments on Goku's calm ki.

Does it mean that the Z Fighters can feel the Ki of UI Sing Goku? If so, would Jiren (Chapter 122) be > UI Sing Goku (Peak/Chapter 116)? What do you think?

You're right. Surely UI Sin Goku's Kamehameha simply adjusts to the level of his speed, that's why Jiren guessed the level of UI Sing Goku's Kamehameha (Vs Jiren).

@GreatSaiyaman123 Although on the other hand, Piccolo states in Chapter 59 of the DBS Manga, that he cannot feel the Ki of UI Sing Goku (Initial).
