Goku had insane amount of strain too because of the Kaio-Ken x3, he wasn't even prepared to use it when he came to earth.

Even-though they probably are inconsistent.

They are. Goku's KHH on Piccolo, Goku's KHH on Cell, big difference of damage, but Goku was the stronger one in the first case. In the same saga, Dabura's blast did less damage on Gohan than Vegeta's punches on Goku's.

Goku might have been able to do the same, if it wasn't so much for the strain. In-fact if you look in the manga there is a shot of Goku dodging one of Vegeta's attacks almost like Vegeta did to Kiwi. If you see you know what I'm talking about, I think.

Also Vegeta's just way tougher than Kiwi.

In all fairness, Vegeta has shown an ability to take an ass kicking better than most. That was even his job against Kid Boo. Get his ass kicked for as long as possible while Goku charged up.

So yeah, I do consider his durability better than Kiwi, or even Dodoria who I used as an example.

When Vegeta went max, he headbutted Goku before the latter could do anything (blood was shown). That
could've weakened Goku to like 7500, so his KK became 15k, which is far from Getes' 18k.
