No, i think Kamicollo is more skilled than Zarbon. I wold like for Kamicollo to be a rival to Vegeta but Cell leaving him out of his little s'saying about who's competing with the Cell Juniors makes me think there is a noticable gap.

But if Kamiccolo is 88% of Vegeta, Vegeta would tool him without too much problems.

Yea, Kamiccolo probably discovered that Goku 50% is not 100% Goku during his year in the Rosat. Or maybe he heard the conversation between Goku and Karin? I don't know.

But it's implied Vegeta doesn't think Goku 50% is Goku 100% either.

Piccolo wouldn't be that shocked if he heard Goku say that was 50% of his power. I just think that everybody assumed it was closer to Goku's 80% and not his 50%

I think 88% of Vegeta is fine. Kamicollo definitely looks like a beast standing up as much as Trunks and Vegeta are in that manga scan. But him not being mentioned by Cell regarding the Cell Juniors should definely indicate he's not equal to Vegeta or Future Trunks.

I just looked at the chapter in question, and I can't seem to find the panel at all. You might be confusing the fight with the anime where Piccolo did much better.

I just looked at the chapter in question, and I can't seem to find the panel at all. You might be confusing the fight with the anime where Piccolo did much better.

Vegeta is a lot more confident than Future Trunks as well. But we know they're equal in power. So yeah both Future Trunks and Kamicollo are guessing Cell is considerably above what Vegeta is guessing. Vegeta thinks he's gonna win the Cell Games, Trunks doesnt.
