The narrative points towards SBV1 becoming the Saiyan top dog when he first appeared, putting him above what we saw of the previous #1 (SSJ Vegito).

Going from SSJ to SSJ3 would give Vegito an 8x boost, as per the SEG multipliers. As for Baby, his presence as SBV1 was short lived and he was already a powerhouse compared to Goku before the SBV2 boost, so his multiplier doesn't need to be that big. On top of that, Vegito is a more skilled and versatile fighter.

SSJ3 Vegito likely wins.

I'd only put SVB1 marginally above SS Vegetto and I don't think the jump from SVB1 to SVB2 was that large of an increase (nowhere near 8x for sure) so Vegetto would win easily. I'd put him closer to Golden Great Ape Vegeta-Baby.

Which gap is greater between SBV2 over SBV1 or the gap between SBV1 over Baby Vegeta Base?

According to the GT Perfect Files, each of Baby’s form is a stand in for SSJ1, 2 and 3, respectively. I think:
Base Baby Vegeta (Unseen) = Base
Initial Baby Vegeta = SSJ1
Super Baby Vegeta 1 = SSJ2
Super Baby Vegeta 2 = SSJ3

So I think SBV1 to 2 was the bigger boost.

Judging from the scenes, the SBV1 power-up was the combined ki of Baby-infested Gohan, Trunks, Goten, and Bulla. The SBV2 power-up was the combined ki of regular Baby-infested earthlings by the looks of it.

In other words, quality vs quantity.

Do you think SBV2 had some kind of increase in chapter 32 of DBGT, when it received energy from Humans to create an energy ball?

I think maybe yes, just not much since it kept the SBV2 shape. It reminds me of Moro who kept his shape when his augments were small.

It seems like it was just a way of boosting his blast at that point, as opposed to his overall stats.

Even in chapter 33 of DBGT Goku after being defeated by SBV2, comments in amazement that SBV2 is too strong. Despite knowing how powerful he was before when SBV2 just appeared.

You have to take into account that Goku was under the impression that he himself had gotten stronger and that he stood a chance of winning. Then reality struck, and it was proven that there was no change in Goku's battle power. Therefore, Baby was indeed "too strong" for him.

It would be quite a stretch to assume that this denotes another power increase for SBV2, who didn't face any real adversity until the debut of Super Saiyan 4 Goku.

And you think Baby Vegeta Golden Monkey has increased his power a bit after receiving Blutz Rays, considering that he increased a little in size according to Goku. Baby Vegeta, when he became Ozharu, multiplied his power many times by growing up and therefore, if he grew a little, he must have slightly increased his power.

When did Goku say Golden Oozaru Baby increased in size?

When Baby Vegeta Golden Monkey received blutz rays, after the double Ko between Baby Vegeta Golden Monkey and Goku SSJ4.

Goku SSJ4 being very hurt commented that Baby Vegeta grew another little more. Then when Goku SSJ4 received the energy of the Saiyans, he saw Baby Vegeta Golden Monkey and commented that he had seen him bigger, but that it was not a big deal.

So apparently Baby Vegeta Golden Monkey increased his size a bit and therefore perhaps also increased his power a bit. What do you think?

I still can't find the first statement you're referring to about growth. Can you post it or give a timestamp at least?

Regarding the second statement, Goku was being boastful because of his full power SSJ4 state. He didn't find Baby to be as threatening as before despite him technically being gigantic compared to Goku. It wasn't about a literal change in Baby's size.

At the beginning of chapter 38 of DBGT Goku commented "How big you are, maybe I'm going crazy, but I see you bigger."

What I am going to do is that Baby Vegeta Golden Monkey increased his size a little when he received the Blutz Rays and therefore, he must have increased his power a bit (the increase in size makes him increase his weight).

What do you think?

I see. It could be that Goku's mind was playing tricks on him due to perspective/distance. He didn't say it with certainty.

All power statements surrounding Baby's restoration point towards him regaining his strength, rather than hitting a new ceiling of potency.

So Baby Vegeta's boosts are:

1.- From Baby Vegeta Base to SBV1.
2.- From SBV1 to SBV2.
3.- From SBV2 to Baby Vegeta Golden Monkey

Is there no other raise involved?

I still think he must have had a slight increase in when the Humans gave him energy to finish against Oob, since Baby Vegeta uses that Negative Energy Ball multiple times without receiving energy from others, but only against Goku (when he happened to be SBV1 to SBV2) and against Oob, he received energy from Humans. However, since SBV2 did not change shape upon receiving said energy, it should not have increased his power much. Something similar to Baby Niño when he began to use bodies (slowly increased his power, but I need the energy of many to become an Adolescent). What do you think?
