Think of it. If you take out Herm's quote about Fat Buu's power changing after split,
Grey=Kid makes perfect sense.

Pure-Evil Boo being equal to Kid Boo doesn't make sense. Kid Boo is the original Boo which absorbed Dai Kaioshin and became the somewhat weaker Fat Boo, while Pure-Evil Boo is basically an evil and skinny Fat Boo with even less power.

We shouldn't really nitpick quotes just because we don't like them.

If there wasn't Herms' line about fat Boo's power being divided, I'd go with Grey Boo >> Kid Boo. Grey Boo seemed more dominant over Good Boo than Kid Boo.

Even before I knew about this line back in the day, I still had Pure Boo stronger than Pure Evil Boo. It's obvious the latter was set on raping Fat Boo from the beginning, whereas the former is having fun with everyone not named Goku (because they don't pose a threat to him).

In the manga, the fight was only 2-panels long, and Good Boo managed to land a solid punch in the first panel before being overwhelmed in the second panel.

After that, Pure-Evil Boo landed a small combo on Good Boo and threw him away. Good Boo then tried to turn him into chocolate, to no avail.

Kid Boo's performance against Good Boo was much better.

He didn't land a punch man. Grey Boo clearly dodged it.

After a closer, yeah, but i don't see how you can somehow determine Pure-Evil Boo is stronger than Kid Boo just by a two-panel fight between him and Good Boo. The fight between Kid Boo and Good Boo lasted much longer than Pure-Evil Boo vs. Kid Boo, since Good Boo tried to turn his evil half into a chocolate right away.

I don't think Good Boo tried to turn Pure Boo into chocolate, did he?

Man, Fatty is just no good with that candy beam against people who are aware of it.

Fat Boo saw Goku using IT, right? Since Fat Boo is Good Boo, only with less power, i think he should have teleported behind Kid Boo and used the Candy Beam. But of course, plot overrides common sense.

Well, Fat Boo can't sense Chi. Teleport is virtually useless without it.

I'm almost sure Fat Boo sensed Goku's ki dropping when his Super Saiyan 3 transformation worn off in their fight, but i could be wrong.

No, he can't sense ki. That's why Piccolo was so shocked that Super Boo was able to. Fatty just understood that the normal state was weaker since Goku did a step by step demonstration of all of his forms.

I had forgotten Piccolo's surprise about Super Boo being able to sense ki. Good catch.

When Kid Buu stopped toying, he dominated Fat Buu as much as Grey Buu had. Both Kid and Grey
are Super Buu minus Fat Buu, so it makes perfect sense. The reason the same power was
manifested in a different body could be the way of splitting, which was an expulsion of evil. The
same way Kami created a new person.

They were equally confident at fighting Kid Buu initially.
Goku was confident that his SSjin3 can handle Pure Boo but couldn't because of its stamina issue.
