Was Piccolo in his normal form (green skin) in Chapter 103?

I'm referring to the Piccolo we saw now in the last chapter of the Manga, Goku called Piccolo quite differently than before.

Will it mean that Piccolo Base (Current) >>> Piccolo (Final Arc Moro)?

Or did Goku simply sense that Piccolo has superior transformations (Ultimate and Orange)?
