It should considering Videl was pregnant with Pan at the start of the series. That would make it 5 years before EoZ at maximum.

The first episode was taking place a few months after the defeat of Boo. It would seem they timeskipped about 5 years to speed forward to Videl's pregnancy with Pan.

BoG takes place in Age 778 (4 years after the Boo Arc) according to Xenoverse, which lines up with Pan's age if at the tail end of the year, with Xenoverse 2 confirming all the events from FnF until the end of the Future Trunks Arc to take place in Age 779 and the events of the ToP until the current arc being in 780.
The anime causes the events from the end of the Universe 6 Arc and onwards to occur one year later, however, as there was a filler episode involving the DBs being used despite all the wishes having been used up in the FnF Arc.
