Some guy on YouTube tried saying Android #18 in the Buu saga fell to below Freeza level from not training for 7 years.
It was a Base Saiyan/Freeza debate. I told him the base kids fought on par with #18 in a get up and he tried saying #18 was weaker than Freeza. He said her training on par with Krillin was proof of that.

I have Gotenks and Gohan roughly 2x stronger than Goku during the Boo arc. I take the middle ground because they are portrayed as much stronger than Goku in the manga, yet far weaker in every other medium. - Kaboom

Broly Can beat Janeba easilly. But the Problem is
Broly is always understimating his Enemys. ''Always''
And that means if Broly gets in a Problematic Situation , he can't Power up that fast,
And so he can't Counter the Attacks of his enemy.
Another Problems / Fact.
Broly NEVER had Any Kind of Training. His Strenght , and Might is FULLY natural.
Means if broly would've absorbed any Kind of Training , he would be a God.

Every 1000 Years a Legendary Saiyan is Born wich will Destroy the Universe.
Broly is one of the Known legends, But broly Surely was the Badest too.
He was controlled by his father's Controllmechanism. Means he Can't Unleash his LSSJ Mode.
For normally a LSSJ can double his Power in one Minute, But well how i said, Broly was controlled by his Father (Btw. the First LSSJ Transformaton won't work as well as the Second, THird)
And at the First movie, broly was a LSSJ For like 3 Hours.
Then he was Almost dead,
And he turned normal, and was Frozen in some Sea .
Means he couldn'T power up again.
And the second coming .. Well broly was strongerthan in the first appear, but He still didn'T have the ''FULL'' power of the LSSJ,
So If Broly's father wouldn't have controlled him, He would have Destroyed the entire universe!
Well yes, He would have met beerus / Bills , But i'll say that again.
A LSSJ's power is doubling every Minute. Broly would have faced beerus in 8 Years (From the Beginning of the 1st LSSJ Transformation.)
And so beerus / Bills would die to Broly's Hands.
But this will never happen, Because broly already Missed his Chance to Unleash.
Btw. i can bet with you all that the Very first LSSJ Was beaten by a SSJG,

It's right that Cell is having a Higher powerlevel than Broly, But he is having Less Energy reserves , and Less Strenght. Means Broly could totally obitalirate Cell,
The same's for Hatchiyack.

His Energy reserves, his tactics, strenght , and Rage are Immense. But his Powerlevel and Energy Focus is Lower than a SSJ3.

I hate how people think it's edgy to enjoy something a lot, and then turn around and say it's bad, as if that makes them "open/observant" of the shows flaws. You don't have to think it's perfect, but if you like it, you do indeed think it is "good."

So Super Vegetto can already smack down Baby-Vegeta in any of his humanoid states and more than likely edge out a win against his Super Oozaru form. Super Saiyan 2 tips the scales even further in Vegetto's favor, and Super Saiyan 3 just plain makes it unfair.</small></small> - Kaboom
