I was told this by some guy on YouTube who tried to argue that Goku was stronger than Gotenks. I don't remember everything he said but this was the gist of it. I told him Goku vs. Gotenks Buu was filler and doesn't count but he insisted saying Goku put up a better fight against Gotenks Buu than Gohan did.

One guy who was hyping up Broly just kept saying we never saw Broly's full power because he was always toying with someone. I questioned if he's that strong than why did he struggle with Gohan the way he did. If he was toying with Gohan, why not be somewhat serious if you see him overpowering you physically and flinch from a few blows.

Guy: "He flinched because Gohan hit him"
Me: "If he can tank Gohan's 1st punch, why not the same for 2 kicks or a knee to the face?"
Guy: "You're just a Broly hater" than he starts throwing out insults and insist people in the show flinch from being hit

I got another one. Happened just a while a guy. This one guy on YouTube is trying to prove Kid Buu is the strongest Buu and I explained to him with 3 separate examples of Super Buu being stronger and his rebuttle is "Toriyama" was making up the story as he went along so he really intended for Kid Buu to be the stronger villain. As for him making up the story as he went on be that as it may nothing is getting past:

Goku saying Base Super Buu would kill him and Vegeta

Gotenks Buu saying he's the strongest possible Majin and no matter what form he took his name is still technically Majin Buu and he has him memories from his previous incarnations.

Gohan Buu is stronger than Gotenks Buu so put 2 and 2 together and you see that Kid Buu is nowhere close to being the strongest Buu.


Another guy just now said Buu absorbing people made him weaker no matter who it was and says it's a manga fact.

I've actually seen people try and say Broly and Vegetto are equals because of Multiverse and they refuse to believe me when I tell them Multiverse is a fanmade manga or fanfiction basically and still insist Broly is that strong.

I got another a few more.

1. I was online and someone was asking who'd win in a fight between Thanos (With the Infinity Gauntlet) or Goku and I said that Thanos would murder Goku even without the Infinity Gauntlet than a bunch of DBZ extremist came in and bitched me out saying Goku would win because he can do this and that even though I told them a lot of the things Goku has done (Ki blast spamming, super strength, speed/reaction time, teleportation) Thanos has done himself and much more impressive to boot. With the infinity gauntlet he's basically omnipotent because the Infinity Gauntlet gives you mastery over each aspect of the universe: Time, Space, Mind, Soul, Reality, and Power. Yet they still say with SSJ4 or God or God 2 he'd waste Thanos when I don't think Thanos would need the IF to beat any form of Goku.

2. I made the mistake of joining in a Superman vs. Goku argument and one guy said Goku could just use IT to take Superman to a planet with a Red Sun or throw Kryptonite at him and he'd beat him. Than I told him.

Goku wouldn't even know where a solar system with a red sun is and even so Goku can't just use IT anytime he wants to go wherever he wants. He has to focus and lock on to someone's ki to do so. I even showed a scan of the manga where Goku SPECIFICALLY says himself that he can't do Instant Transmission without locking on to a person's ki. Than they responded with calling me a DC fanboy and Goku overtimed learned how to use IT without needing to lock on to someone's ki. I asked when because every time he used it either said he had to hone into someone (Namekians, Gohan, Broly, Kais) or had to focus to do so. Than they get mad and still insist he doesn't need to hone into someone's ki and focus to use IT but can still win with Kryptonite. I asked where would Goku find Kryptonite and even so Goku is someone who always believed in a fair fight and wouldn't cripple or weaken Superman to win.

3. I was on YouTube and this kid made a video asking who's stronger Gogeta or Vegetto and in the midst of the video he said Kid Buu was stronger than Super Vegetto because Vegetto was using 70% of his power to slap Gohan Buu around and I commented telling him. Kid Buu isn't the strongest Buu, I doubt Vegetto was using 70% of his power to beat Gohan Buu he didn't even think he'd be as strong as he was, and that Base Super Buu is stronger than he gets mad and starts insulting me and says Kid Buu is the strongest because Goku said so. Than I told him about the manga and how it outright says Super Buu is stronger than he gets madder and insist that Kid Buu is stronger and to look it up completely ignoring what I said.
