SSJB Bursts = 10x SSJB
PSSJB = 50x

Why is the gap between SSJG over SSJ3 so much bigger in Manga than Anime?

Goku also called her power "limitless", so I wouldn't put too much stock into the statements vs actual feats.

He would've been one shot whenever he was SSJG.

By that logic the Ginyu Force would’ve blitzed Goku whenever he used 5k. I don’t think it’s something the writers gave much thought about, since Blue Goku steamrolled through Hit in the last saga.

The difference is Goku had that power in reserve naturally, whereas Vegeta had to physically transform to access it. Goku wouldn't have been one shot.

It's hard to scale the lower SSJ forms in the manga because SSJ Goku vs Initial Hit implies that SSJ isn't much lower than 10% Blue but the FT arc, as well as the Goku vs Toppo exhibition match implies that there is a huge gap between SSJ3 and the God forms.
