I'm not sure. I think default is 600px. I changed it to 300px which seemed sufficient.

It makes the pictures that arent even that big, so small.

A 700x393 picture being made this small is kind of unnecessary.

I just noticed that Professor Mofo is the 90th member of this forum but according to the total members only 88 were given. Is this bug or something?

I do not know if that is possible with Zetaboards. At best I could add a mention feature that would alert you when you get quoted, but those are pretty broken in their own right.

Zetaboards is definitely unable to do this.

The best option is, as SuperSaiyan2 points out, the mention function but it is very broken.

I realize that it's still very late in the forum's life, but i feel as though that makes this a good time to ask this question. What can I/we (Ziggas) do better to make this a better experience for you? At the end of the day, having a successful forum is all about having high quality spamming members.
