Counting Super, anime Zamasu is the only one that achieved his goal long-term.Cell was the only one that has achieved his goal. Cool villain.

Zamasu killed all the mortals (at least the ones on Earth, likely the whole universe since he Merged with it), while in the manga he only made an infinite number of Clones of himself, Zeno was the one who killed everybody. How are anime and manga versions of Zamasu different in that regard? Is it because Black said he'd kill all the mortals in all timelines in the manga but not the anime?

This could be the worst one among them. We are told God is a level Goku could never have reached, then Goku gets a new god form on top of it and trains it to perfection and characters who haven't been relevant since Z magically catch up with off-screen training to the point that Blue's main criticism isn't its lazy design, but the fact that it's ridiculously easy to reach that tier if the plot demands it, whether it's anime or manga continuity
I don't think of the Multiverse. At least Toppo and Dyspo would have finished off Goku Black and Zamasu. Jiren just blinking would have defeated them.I think it's implied Earth was the last place in U7 standing, maybe even in the whole multiverse.
I can understand Freeza/Gohan/Broly's bottomless potential, but Toriyama was smoking some shit when 17 came out of nowhere rivaling SSJBs.

You may be right about Toppo and the members of the Pride troops, but I don't think Jiren was dead. Jiren is an Almighty being. I think just as much as Future Zamasu and Goku Black went through U11 quickly and didn't meet the Almighty Jiren. When Future Zamasu arrives in Chapter 19 or 20 of the Manga, he tells Black he watching other universes and that there was no one who could stop them.
Since this in the future, Toppo was probably already God of Destruction, and died when they killed his Kaioshin. Future Jiren most likely died of natural causes (Maybe a Heart Virus, like Future Goku?), and the rest of the Future Pride Troopers probably also died of age or in other battles.
