What if both Goku and Vegeta became stronger in all their forms in Chapter 39 of the DBS Manga?

Toppo and Vegeta PSSJB were evenly matched, until Toppo does a big power-up, but still ties against Vegeta PSSJB.

Will it mean that Vegeta got stronger by fighting Toppo (FP)?

Goku PSSJB was launching attacks at Jiren. Seeing all the extraordinary power increases there are in DBS, it wouldn't be strange if Goku had gotten stronger.

I feel this theory is true, we would have this:

Toppo (FP) = Goku/Vegeta PSSJB (Final Chapter 39) >= Ultimate Gohan (Peak) = Kefla SSJ >>>> Kale Berserker SSJ (Peak) > Goku/Vegeta PSSJB (Initial) = Toppo (Initial).

What do you think?

I'd believe it. It explains how Goku can possibly be above SSJ Kefla despite being rivaled in power by a not fully buffed up Kale before.

And that explains why Goku and Vegeta at the beginning of the Moro Arc are considered the two most powerful, even though Goku did not master the UI and Sign UI forms.

@Kenshi So Toppo (FP) is much more powerful than PSSJB at the beginning of ToP?
