What if Gohan and Krillin hadn't saved Dende?

For a while, i don't feel it would make any essential difference. Dodoria
is still out there, searching for the dragonballs instead of chasing Gohan
and Krillin. Just like in the series, Vegeta eventually kills Dodoria,
destroys a Namek village, comes across Zarbon, loses and is taken to
the ship for treatment. Krillin and Gohan find the elder's house even
without Dende's help, since they have the radar. The rest of the events
play out the same during the Ginyu Saga.
The big difference starts after Goku is taken to the healing chamber.
Without Dende, Krillin has to go all the way to the elder's house to be
told the code. As a result, by the time he's back to the battlefield, the
dragonballs have turned into peebles and Freeza is also there.
Freeza transforms and, without Piccolo or Dende, is about to kill everyone.
Now, the most difficult part. Does Goku decide to interfrere before he's
fully healed (that's what he was about to do in canon)? If he does, is he
his pre zenkai or his post zenkai self? In other words, does a near death
Saiyan have to be fully healed to get a zenkai? In the second case, even
if he's somewhat wounded, i think he's still strong enough to beat 2nd
form Freeza, assuming he doesn't do any bullshit and let him transform
just to have a more enjoyable fight (but, if he's wounded, i don't think
he takes that chance). Anyway, in that case, after defeating Freeza,
Goku, Gohan, Vegeta and Krillin return to Earth.
Alternate Trunks warns them about Androids. Goku/Vegeta reach SSJ
over the following 3 years. The rest of the events play out the same,
except Piccolo isn't there, so Cell does not reveal himself at Ginger
Town. At Kame House, Krillin is the only one to stall the Androids.
Goku goes to his help, but threatens Gohan not to follow him. He
does not arrive instantly, because he can't teleport, but i don't think
Androids kill Krillin (mainly because of Eighteen!).
Anyway, Goku arrives and stalls Androids in every way he can, even
trying to offer them peace. Does Sixteen manage to overcome his urge
to kill Goku? Hard to say, but i don't think it makes much difference,
for Cell shows up soon after. Without Tien to kikoho him, Cell becomes
perfect sooner than in canon.
In the best case scenario, Goku survives till Vegeta/Trunks exit the
rosat. Seeing how much they improved, Cell announces Cell Games,
where everybody dies, because Goku has no teleport.

What do you think? Discuss.

Wouldn't Kuririn still die even if Goku showed up? Impaling Kuririn was Freeza's first course of action, after all, and Goku wasn't fully aware that Piccolo was coming to help until he actually arrived iirc.
Are you sure Vegeta wouldn't request to go with the 3 back to Earth? With Freeza dead, he wouldn't have much to do with his life unless he focused on surpassing Kakarotto like his canon self. It's also doubtful that Vegeta would be let go by Goku again, considering without anyone to keep an eye on him and the Earth light years away, nothing could stop Vegeta from decimating many other planets or taking over Freeza's empire if Goku just leaves him.
Are you sure Goku would still just choose to train over Bulma's initial idea to kill Gero before anything could be done with the Artificial Humans? Without the Dragon Balls and with only 3 fighters, his attitude about wanting a simple fight may change.

I left out Vegeta because i had forgotten about him, lol. I edited the post.
The impaled Krillin gets healed at the ship's chamber.
I don't know how the absence of dragonballs would have affected Goku's
decisions. Consdering he's a Saiyan and he already knows by experience
that death isn't a big deal, maybe he still wants to fight. If they destroy
Gero before Androids, the rest is simple, Dabura kills everybody.
