I think it’s also worth pointing out that LSSJ’s multiplier was shown to be comparable to SSJ2’s in the Recruitment Saga. It’s not really said that Kale’s power keeps growing like Broly or even her Manga self, but it might as well be the case here. Either that or a rage boost.

Goku said he would only use a "little" more power against her after turning Blue from SSJ2. Goku is probably stronger in his second fight with the Saiyan females but I wouldn't imagine it would be to a very great extent since Goku was still recovering his stamina. And I don't take Jiren stepping in to one-shot her as an indication of Kale being Blue tier since he also stepped in vs Maji Kiyo which left Goku equally impressed by the one-shot.

In any case, Kale is at least weaker than SSJ3 Goku by their second fight since her and Caulifia were astonished by his power and viewed it as a level to strive for.

Kale was just a regular Super Saiyan when she witnessed Super Saiyan 3 which is far weaker than her green-haired Super Saiyan form. When she reigns in her green-haired Super Saiyan form, she manages to fight pretty well against God but was ultimately overpowered.

I would say Goku did improve drastically during the fight given that his Kaioken x20 Blue power managed to match SSJ Kefla who was comparable to the Genkidama combo explosion that crashed onto Goku. Goku recovering his stamina only impacted how long he was able to stay in the game but not his maximum energy output in whatever form he was using.

Yes, but she wasn't in that form. She was just a regular Super Saiyan when she saw Goku transform into SSJ3. It's only after that moment that Kale enters her green-haired form and goes berserk. Then she manages to control it with the help of Caulifa.
