What If Jiren Had Kaioken?

Finger feats aren't the most consistent. Kami finger flicked Goku away despite their battle powers not being too far away from each other going by scouter numbers and, whilst a slightly different case, Goku was able to block Trunks' sword strikes with his finger. It just means that one character is far above who he uses it against, not that the gaps are all the same. Daishinkan could be as little as 3x stronger than the Hakaishin and it wouldn't contradict anything.

The gap between Whis and the Daishinkan doesn't need to be multifold at this point, and the same goes for the gap between Beerus and Whis (especially when considering the Battle of Gods movie numbers for them). Dunno about Zeno, but KKx20 Jiren should at least be able to solo everyone else until further notice.
