What if Nappa and Vegeta had not forgotten to turn off their radio scouters?

The first obvious change is that Freeza does not find out about dragonballs, so, on
Namek, the trio (Bulma, Gohan and Krillin) has to face only Vegeta. So, how exactly
do you think it goes?
Does the trio meet Dende? Do they find the elder anyway? Like, dunno, find a random
village with the scouter, tell them about Vegeta, then one of the villagers takes them
to the elder? Meanwhile, i'm pretty sure Vegeta has the time to ravage at least one
village. Or maybe more than one, since, without the need to hide from Freeza, he can
be more mobile.
I think that, one way or another, Vegeta ends up defeated by Nail. Well, unless his tail
grows back and he gets turned into an ape, but i don't think adult Saiyans get back their
tails. Also, since Goku is not there and none of the other fighters (Nail, Krillin, Gohan)
is as forgiving as Kakarot, Vegeta also gets killed after his defeat.
Meanwhile, Goku is approaching, training in the 100x gravity chamber. Do you think he
ends up as strong as in the series? Without finding out about the existence of ''people
stronger than Vegeta'', is his motive to train smaller?
What happens at Androids Saga? After the gang returns to Earth, i think the strongest
of the group is most likely Gohan (the elder has most likely unlocked his power). How
strong is he? The answer to that depends on what part of his enraged 1.000.000+ power
(against Freeza's 2nd form) stemmed from the zenkai he'd got after Recoome. Personally,
i think that, even without that zenkai, after the elder's boost is complete, Gohan is at
least as strong as Freeza's 1st form, most likely even stronger. Of course, after that, he
spends 4.5 years without training, but still i think that, by the time the Androids show
up, his power is still at the hundreds of thousands, so he's strong enough to turn into a
Super Saiyan after seeing his friends die at the hands of Androids (note: I think Goku
still gets the virus, even without going to Yardrat).
No Trunks means that Bulma rides the machine herself, so Alternate Bulma warns the
gang about the Androids. She also tells them about the Super Saiyan transformation.
Over the following 3 years, Goku has plenty of time to unlock it. Dunno about Gohan
though.
During the fight with Nineteen, Goku collapses. Since Vegeta isn't there to save him,
Gohan gets mad, transforms into SSJ (for the first time?) and beats Nineteen.
Assuming the other changes in the timeline are the same, Androids turn out to be cool
like in canon, so they defeat Z fighters without killing them. Piccolo fuses with Kami,
but, since he has no Nail, he ends up killed by Imperfect Cell. Cell suppresses his aura
and flees, so the other fighters remain in the dark about his identity.
With neither Vegeta nor Trunks being part of the story, Goku and Gohan enter the spirit
room first and stay for 21 hours. Alas, by the time Androids reach Kame House, Goku and
Gohan are already out. They fly to the battlefield before the Androids can harm Tenshinhan
or Krillin.
Goku easily defeats all three Androids and offers them peace. Do they take the offer? Hard
to say. Sixteen lives to kill Goku. Do you think he loses it and goes as far as trying to
selfdestruct just to kill him? I feel the Androids most likely end up taking the offer.
Cell shows up. Goku wants to see his perfect form, but his moral values do not allow him to
let Cell absorb Androids. What does Cell do after that?
If he decides to selfdestruct, the series ends here, since Goku has no teleport. If he decides
to flee the planet, intending to absorb more beings (or train for 4 months!) and come back
someday, the Z fighters are screwed 7 years later, when Babidi arrives.

What do you think? Discuss.

I agree up until the end of the Freeza Arc. I'd also add that Saichoro would make Moori his successor far earlier, thus keeping the Dragon Balls active.

Whilst plot dictates power, I doubt the Zet-Senshi would be able to cover that kind of gap when aside from Ten and Yamcha, they'd all be far weaker than in canon. At the very least, #19 and #20 would be far more relevant threats to the SSJs, though with Gohan's rage boosts being truly limit breaking, that's always debatable. Aside from that, I'd agree up until the part with #16, as without an interference in his programming, self-destruct would be the only logical option. That said, Gohan would probably be far less overconfident and kill Cell before he could do anything. Unless Goku has Kaio guide them to New Namek from the afterlife, losses would become permanent. Goku would still return in the Boo Arc with Uranai Baba, so the events on Babidi's spaceship happen the same, except with either Kuririn or Piccolo (depending whether or not they get to New Namek) being the one to kill Pui Pui. With no Majin Vegeta, Goku and Gohan kill Dabura before Boo can be revived. Goku then goes back to the afterlife and peace is restored to the Earth.
Taking Super into account, things probably go similarly to the scenario of Xenoverse 1's story, Beerus day goes without any hiccups and lets the Earth remain due to their good food. Universe 7 loses against U6 in the tournament due to lacking all their best fighters, unless Gohan goes through Z-Sword training, Elder Kaioshin is released and allows him to go Ultimate and he trains to get his Super gains in the remaining time. Future Trunks Arc doesn't happen unless the previous scenario does, in which Zamasu's motivations would be like in the manga. The Zero Mortals Plan is successful due to Alternate Bulma not being capable of escaping (or she may be dead due to her timeline's Cell), so unless Zamasu makes the mistake of going to Universe 7, his plan would go unnoticed. The lack of Goku wanting a tournament would mean Universe 7's erasure is inevitable.

Alternatively, Freeza may pick up the signal about the Dragon Balls on Earth from the conversation with Raditz, meaning he'd go to Earth, though it'd likely take twice the amount of time as Vegeta/Nappa. Either the Zet-Senshi kill him before he can transform (leading to their deaths when he revives in the FnF Arc) or Freeza transforms, kills them all, then destroys Earth when being unable to find the Dragon Balls.

Except if Sixteen selfdestructs along with Goku, doesn't Gohan die in the explosion? At this point, Goku's death means everybody's death.

Only if the radius of the explosion is great enough to engulf him. Considering how #16 acts in the Cell Games, I doubt it'd be great enough to do so.
