What if Super # 17 gets good?

Suppose the moment Android # 18 appears, you talk to Super # 17 and manage to convince him to get good.

Super # 17 joins Goku in the Arc of Evil Dragons.

How would the story unfold?

Super 17 would become conveniently as strong as base Goku and Pan until the plot demanded he be as strong as SSJ4 again. Personally I think it'd make the arc even more entertaining as you'd have three way banter between Super 17, Pan and Goku.

Defeating the first few Evil Dragons would become far easier with Liang Xing Long's pollution likely not working on him and the others not being a match for someone stronger than SS4 Goku. Perhaps the biggest change would come against Qi Xing Long as, due to Goku struggling after he absorbed Pan, Super #17 would jump in to finish him off and kill Pan in the process. This means San Xing Long gets killed before he can blind Goku, though the only change that makes is Yi Xing Long not getting caught by surprise later on. #17 probably helps be the main distraction and support for the SS4s against Yi Xing Long, though would probably get killed before the end of the battle due to both Yi's annoyance with him and him analysing Super #17's weakness. The wish at the end is somewhat altered to all those killed by the villains the span of time between the two arcs being restored rather than just those killed during the Super #17 Arc so Pan and Super #17 can be revived too.
Anything after that is pure assumption since we don't know what happened between or after the TV Special and end of GT. Perhaps Super #17 would still be alive by the time of GT's ending and help train Goku and Vegeta Jr.
