What if the humans weren't in the ToP?

Let's say it was Future Trunks, Majin Boo and Trunkten (Potara Gotenks so he can last the hour) instead. How would they fare instead of the baldies? Are they too OP?

AT would probably have Trunkten/Potara Gotenks knocked off to avoid giving them too much spotlight. Majin Boo would probably be targeted first as his abilities were already exposed during the exhibition match. Maybe Future Trunks could last until the end and redeem his erased timeline, I dunno.

Why couldn't Seventeen ask for Trunks's timeline to be brought back too?

Majin Buu would be quite dangerous in the tournament, we manage to see Dyspo having trouble with gum fighters that can use their body like Buu can, so at least, I don't see how he couldn't at least take him out. On top of him being able to totally restore Goku's shape once he was defeated by Jiren.

Goten & Trunks would just step in and try to fight as Gotenks against the strongest and would get eliminated by Jiren in one punch.

Nothing suggests Fat Boo knows how to absorb people and he'd only turn a few people into chocolate before everybody else would make sure to dodge his beam. Then, he'd just get rung out by Hit, Dyspo, Toppo, Jiren, etc.

Super is hilarious. They are presented with the most interesting new member of the Z-team ever and literally discard him lol.

The thinking process behind that one is just so dumb, I can't even begin to reason behind it.

Like do you know how much fun we could have had with Majin Buu fighting everyone? Like, he's the ultimate tag team partner here.

They had so many options they didn't know what to do with themselves.

Yeah let's see guys. Let's use Master friggen Roshi or lets use Majin Buu? What a tough decision to make? Use the guy who hasn't been relevant since the 22nd Budokai or use this super powered gumball who has insane abilites.
