I actually noticed something that might prove you right, EV.
Goku actually asks to help Vegeta when he sees SSJR Black, indicating he's too much for Vegeta to handle alone. It can't be because of stamina because they already know Black is using the same form as them but they don't know he doesn't has stamina issues yet (And somehow Black doesn't has stamina issues in Rosé??). Makes me wonder how he managed to draw even more power from the body than Goku himself.
Though i doubt very much that Rosé Black is >>> Vegeta. Vegeta was shown using SSJG to defend himself from Black.
