We can infer that second parties like Faggotaro and Toei made changes like making Vegetto appear and making Zamasu slightly stronger so he could overwhelm unmastered Blues, Shisami being shown earlier on and being Dodoria level for some faggotassed reason etc.

Plus they said Toriyama has far more say in the plot of Subpar than Toyotaro and especially the editor so most of the manga follows his vision somewhat closely anyways
