What I think is, maybe Buff Zombie Gas is 100% Zombie Gas. Neither Goku nor Vegeta mention that Zombie Gas is stronger than before, plus it seems that the combined power between True UI Goku + Mega Instinct Vegeta surpasses Zombie Gas.
