There's no name because it's not really a fusion. Nail gave up all his rights as a namekian because he was dead otherwise, so it's more like Nail let Piccolo absorb him for his strength.

No, it's ambigious what it's called. They compare it to the metamorese fusion dance so you are allowed to call it a fusion if you want. In all actuality it's a Gattai, or union in plain english, and I think that's a more collective term of fusion/merge or whatever you would call it.
