What the Toei movies could have been

Slug was simply a fail character just like Broli and Bojack.

If anything the best movie villian going by design was Janemba. Tullece was a copy of Goku but his charactet was unique and probably the best. If I have to rate them from the best to the worst then:

Tullece > Janemba > Coola > Super 13 > Bojack > Broly > Slug > Hirudegarn > Garlic Jr > Uiru
