He'd probably defeat Redjic instead of Galu after seeing his son lose like a pleb. He may also kill the Para Para Bros before they can get far, meaning the battle against Lood likely doesn't happen. Mu would still be after the Dragon Balls, so the Baby Arc would still happen, though I imagine Baby wouldn't get to Earth with someone else of Goku's level there. Therefore, no SS4 or Vegeta-Baby power up. Everyone gets killed by Super #17.
