What you want to see in Dragon Ball Super

With Akira Toriyama writing, I'm sure that Dragon Ball Super will be consistent... in being inconsistent.

-Slice-of-life elements
-Good balance of comedy and action
-Some new neat and interesting heroes and villains

Why would you want Slice of Life elements in Dragon Ball? It would be irrational as well as non-characteristic of Dragon Ball.

Um... Gohan's hijinks in High School? Gohan comically trying to be a superhero as the Great Saiyaman? That stuff happened in the manga.

I agree on my human buddies getting a power up. They'll always be my friends regardless, but I feel like some of them get depressed when they aren't strong enough to lend a hand sometimes...

Other characters being relevant to the story and not just Goku and Vegeta to a lesser extent. Make sure Gohan, Goten, Piccolo, & Trunks actually trained so they can stay important.

We're getting the universe exploring like we wanted with the other dimensions, but I don't think it's what most of us expect.

I'd like to see a level of conflict between the already established characters. The DBZ main cast are iconic to fans and we have grown to love particular characters and perhaps dislike others, so it would be fun to see tension between the characters. I think one of the high points of Dragonball Z was the conflict between Goku/Vegeta in the Buu arc. It doesn't have to be as dramatic as that but I think it would be a good way to make use of the established cast.
