How can Mecha Freezer be 130 million when he fought at a level comparable with his father while transformed?
If Freezer's 3rd form (counting his original form as the 1st) had around 1 million of PL, his father being weaker should have even less than that, and we all saw how Mecha wasn't far from it in terms of PL.

Mecha was at 1 million PL max.

I think you're assuming King Cold can transform.

Of course I am, he in fact was already transformed. Freezer's race original form is the strongest one of the bunch we see at Namek, so if Cold had lacked the ability to transform, he would've appeared in a form resembling Freezer's last form at Namek.

So if he was transformed to control his power, it's logical to assume he could distransform to his original form again.
