When exactly did Bulma assume Capsule Corp, if at all?

I don't think this was ever made clear from Z through Super. Can we assume Bulma is calling the shots now, or is she still heiress to her father? When would've the company passed hands?

I don't think she ever really owned Capsule Corp, but I'm sure she'll inherit it.

I was going to make a troll answer like the cat will own Capsule Corp but pretty much Bulma is the heiress and even when Dr. Briefs was running it, her, and Trunks for that matter had a seat at the table.
