Those shows are Germany-related so it would make sense. A German Attack on Titan dub would be a too on-the-nose allusion to nazis.

Yeah, exactly.

I didn’t know that there were allusions to Nazis in Attack on Titan I think, but I remember the voice-actor for one of the characters once saying he saw a YouTube comment under the German dub saying “this is canon” or some-thing.

It's clearly nazi Germany/holocaust-inspired in the later seasons and I'd probs think of it more if seeing it in German. I guess not way more than having the German names like Jaeger though. Levi has the nazi youth haircut (undercut). The uniform is a bit like one too, but I didn't notice that.

I’ll take your word for it. I have never watched AoT, but the MC is that series is voiced by Ron Weasley’s voice-actor so there is that.
