When Cell appears they mention sensing those five Kis from one person. I think in the anime they include Gohan and Tien though, and probably Kuririn too. Maybe Yamcha?

I don't see why Gero wouldn't want to include DNA from all Z-fighters.

Yeh, especially if he saw what Gohan did to Raditz and what Yajirobe did to 180K PL Vegeta, without even training properly.

Cell used the taiyoken/solar flare, so I thought he had Krillin or Tenshin's powers. But then you'd expect him to use the kienzan and maybe kikoho/tri-beam, although I could see him not using kikoho because he doesn't want to shorten his perfect life.
He also blew himself up, that can be Chazou's contribution - the closest he gets to perfectionᵀᴹ, even with all that makeup.

When Cell fired the Taiyo-Ken, Piccolo looked confused and asked "isn't that Tenshinhan's technique?", to which Kuririn responded it's easy enough Goku and even him can replicate it... which clearly shows Piccolo didn't expect Cell to know Ten's technique. So yeah, in the manga he likely hadn't the other warriors cells.
