Which characters would have tried to tank Final Flash, out of those that are in Cell's DNA?

Vegeta goads Cell into not dodging the Final Flash by calling Cell a coward and insinuating that even his perfect form can't handle such a powerful attack. He understood that Cell has a lot of pride, I guess just from interacting with him and maybe from knowing that Cell has the DNA of a bunch of prideful fighters. Which made me wonder which of those fighters would've also stood there and tried to take the attack?

Out of (in brackets is when the DNA was last collected):

Goku (vs Vegeta) - Can't remember him being goaded, but he willingly took Freeza's beam to the face as a SSJ, so maybe. Although Goku was enraged then, whereas Cell wasn't enraged, so I guess not. Pre-Namek idk.
Piccolo (vs Nappa) - I think no. Just can't remember him tanking an attack, except to save Gohan, unless you think he let Gero eyebeam him.
Vegeta (vs Goku) - He took the risk of letting A19 absorb his energy, but he also wanted to run away from the Ginyu Force. Sticking to pre-Namek, he told Nappa to dodge the kienzan, although I suppose that was only when it was already on the way and it wasn't directed at himself.
Freeza (vs Trunks) - I guess he would tank it, since he was enough to think a weak ki blast was enough to hurt SSJ Trunks, so clearly overestimates himself.
King Cold (vs Trunks) - idk

Vegeta and Freeza, that's about it. Goku and Piccolo wouldn't. We don't know enough about King Cold to really say.

Maybe Freeza if he was 100% confident in his power. He did allow Nail to blast him from point blank without trying to dodge. Still, Super Vegeta was still close enough to Cell to blast half of his body away, Freeza may not be willing to take on that risk.

Goku wouldn't dare to do receive an attack such as that- his Namek SSJ self was simply out of his self and not thinking regularly.

Piccolo may be betting on his regeneration, but he is still not that arrogant to let himself blasted out.

Vegeta if he knows that he is in control would dare to do that.

Freeza is a tricky one to know, but is possible, he didn't wanted to receive the Genkidama and got angry after the Kamehameha Kaioken x20 touched his hand.

Cell could sense ki though. You think the others would sense the ki while he's charging and decide to dodge?
