Which gap is the minimum needed to be untouchable to an opponent?

Considering cases such as Piccolo vs 20 or Gohan vs Buutenks makes me wonder.

With 1.15x a gap, the weaker opponent can barely touch you (Vegeta vs Zarbon, Goku vs Cell etc).

x1.33 is the gap minimum to be unable to see the opponent's movements.

Not being touched isn’t really hard. Vegeta said Zarbon looked like he was standing still. I think even someone slightly stronger could dodge everything if they’re entirely on the defensive. Think Cell vs Goku, more or less. So I say 1.1x to dodge with effort, 1.15 or 1.2x should be getting easier. Vegeta had no trouble whatsoever dodging Dodoria’s attacks.

Goku vs Cell was borderline. While Cell was able to dodge pretty well everything after the initial exchange, Goku was also able to dodge some of Cell's attacks. I'd say anything beyond Goku vs Cell could be viewed as being an untouchable gap.

I think that SSJ Goku over 100% Freeza is a similar gap to Cell over SSJ Goku or SSJ Gohan over Cell.
