Kuririn: Killed by Tambourine, Freeza, androids in the future timeline, Super Buu off screen, and Super 17. He hasn't died in Super (yet).

Goku: Killed by Piccolo to defeat Raditz, by the heart virus in the future, by Cell, by Zamasu in an alternate timeline, and by Hit in their rematch.
