Which was the first Gotenks to surpass SSJ3 Goku?

Personally, I think SSJ Gotenks post is a good middle-ground solution, since he's the first Gotenks that actually seemed to stand a chance against Buu.

Piccolo didn't object to Kuririn when Kuririn claimed that SSJ Gotenks (Pre) was supposed to be the strongest.

SSJ3 power is always mind blowing. Piccolo’s jaw drops to all versions of Boo, SSJ3 Goku, SSJ3 Gotenks and Ultimate Gohan. But SSJ Gotenks is just “Yeah you’re alright. Show me sum more tho”.

Piccolo literally does object to Kuririn calling Gotenks the strongest. Sure it was because of Super Boo, but saying Piccolo didn’t object is flat out a lie.
