Moro (Post 2 months) IMO. Vegeta is stronger than Broly, but I don’t think he’s above Gogeta. Goku could be stronger, but I have him equal to Gogeta.

Shouldn't Broly be above Pre 73 Moro?
Goku didn't say that Moro was the strongest opponent they faced until after Moro Absorbed 73 iirc.

Whis said Vegeta and Goku were above any other character in U7 that he knows of at the start of the Granolah arc, before Vegeta learned UE. SSJBE post-Yardrat Vegeta > FPSSJ Broly.

I think that between the end of the Arc Moro and the beginning of the Arc Granolah many months had passed and in that lapse of time, Vegeta had gotten much stronger.
On the other hand, there was talk that the only 2 options to be the future most powerful Warrior in the Universe were Goku and Vegeta. That makes me think that UI Goku was not much superior to Vegeta SSJBE at that time and Broly SSJFP was too far behind both.
This looks like:
UI Goku (Start Arc Granolah) > UI Goku (Arc Moro) > \ >> Vegeta SSJBE (Start Arc Granolah) >>>>> Vegeta SSJBE (Post Yadart) > \ >> Broly SSJFP.
Also in the UI matches Goku vs Granolah and Vegeta SSJBE vs Granolah, there didn't seem to be much of a difference. We know that SSJBE Vegeta got stronger from fighting Granolah, but not much.
This I have:
UI Goku (Vs Granolah) > Vegeta SSJBE (Vs Granolah / Zenkai Power) > Vegeta SSJBE (Vs Granolah / At the Beginning).

Vegeta didn't do any serious training in that time period though. Goku was training UI with Whis and Vegeta was just sitting there watching them. I don't think he improved much if at all after Moro.

Yes, but Goku is talking about the Broly he fought and not about a supposed version of Broly in the Arc Moro.
Do you think Goku knew how powerful Broly was in Arc Moro? Do you think Broly SSJFP (Arc Moro) is more powerful than Gogeta PSSJB?

SSJBE Vegeta at the very least surpassed Broly based on how Whis claims that he couldn't find anyone stronger than Goku and Vegeta. Gogeta Blue wasn't that far ahead of Broly so it's possible that SSJBE Vegeta did surpass Gogeta Blue at the time.

But Broly only transformed once, and in Super Hero still can’t use his power. LSSJ Broly is merely an hypothetical.
