Who is the most underutilized Strawhat?

Which Strawhat has been the least used throughout the story? By used I mean participating in major events, having a major battle, or having an arc which surrounds their character. Feel free to include both Part 1 and Part 2.

Frankly, I can't remember a single relevant thing that Chopper has done in Part 2. With every other Strawhat, I can at least remember something relevant that they did, or someone who they fought. Nothing with Chopper though. As far as Part 2 goes, I'd say Chopper has been the least used, and I honestly can't see how he will be used in the arcs to come.

Either Chopper or Robin. Chopper's been of major use as a doctor throughout the story's entirety, so I wouldn't say he's been very useless, though his job is pretty much unnecessary with Law now a second option. As for Robin, whilst being the plot device of the Water 7 Arc and dealing some decent blows against Oars and the Pacifista, her role hasn't been anywhere near as necessary as the rest. Beyond those two examples, her necessity in battle has been minimal and her reading of Poneglyphs haven't lead to much of a revelation that those nearby such as Neptune couldn't already inform the crew on.

I'd actually argue Usopp at least since Dressrosa. He's been absolutely invisible.
