Who is the strongest villain or hero Kuro could defeat (on land)?

How do we think Kuro would fair against villains such as Don Krieg, Syrup Village Zoro, Kuroobi (guy who fought Sanji at Arlong Park), Hachi, initial appearance Chopper, the individual Strawhats at Arabasta etc? Usain Bolt and Mo Farah's potara fusion? How far could his speed take him?

I'd personally say Hachi could definitely beat him. Whilst Zoro was injured, Arlong still seemed to treat his power with some regard and a healed Zoro was capable of equalling the Luffy who beat Arlong in the following arc. Aside from his injury, Arlong Park Zoro likely got a lot stronger after his battle with Mihawk due to the trend of the Straw Hats getting stronger after overcoming death he described in Enies Lobby.

I'd say the strongest person he could beat would probably be Mr. 4 or Yama due to superior speed.

I wouldn't call someone who can move a giant rock formation that's as big as a hill or casually wield 6 300kg swords like Hatchan did as trash by East Blue standards. The former feat is pretty impressive even by the standards of lower Grand Line characters.

He may be stronger and more durable than Kuro, but that's not gonna help against the massive speed advantage Kuro would have.
