Xeno, if being able to make anything happen in every universe and having a nice throne for his watermelon head counts as wealth. Not sure he has any legal rights, but what court are you gonna go to?

Otherwise, in Z probs Freeza and King Cold before Trunks killed them. On Earth the contenders are Dr Briefs and the RRA owner (when they could afford all the planes and stuff). No idea how RRA got their wealth, but I'm guessing they were just a big bunch of mafias taken over by one guy. Dr Briefs got his from selling tech like capsules and probably other things. I imagine he's the wealthiest, since that would mirror real life with Elon and before that Bill Gates.

That defined wealthiest in a beautiful way to me.

Freeza had power and some kind of unknown universal trade fortune but in terms of fortune and wealth how we see it, Bulma/Capsule Corp. for sure.

Eh, like I said Freeza's wealthy comes down to his influence. His wealth isn't calculated by money and how capital he gets, I guess. It's all about status and military oppression. I guess they sell planets to aliens and stuff, but I guess Freezas just interested in conquering, conquering, stilling fear and sit at the throne of the biggest threat and the strongest. It's all about massacre and setting terror in humanoids, aliens.

Piccolo is very rich in a non-monetary way. Otherwise he's homeless. Saw that bum washing his turban at the waterfall the other day. But I saw him getting his license the other day so maybe he's turning things around.
