Who the fuck are Dorry and Brogy? Are they some of the weakest Elbaf giants?

They had a very hard time with the non-Arabasta Baroque Works agents. Do you think those Baroque Works agents could do the same giants on Elbaf, because most giants are pretty weak? Or do you think Dorry and Brogy were some of the weakest giants? They met the SHs in Paradise, even though their origin island is in the New World.
Or did Dorry/Brogy only lose because of old OP powerscaling, where weaker fighters (like Baroque Works) could win using the abilities of powers and good strategy, whereas newer OP isn't written like that as much?

It's probably some combination of them getting caught off guard along with typical early series syndrome.

Dorry and Brogy went from almost being slaughtered by Mr. 3 to taking on the Gorosei. An exponentially more ridiculous power up than even Lucci's lol
