Who was more hurt between Goku and Frieza at the end of the fight against Jiren in the Anime?

Goku was probably hurt the worst due to MUI's strain. Jiren second. Freeza has his tail ripped off again but he seems to be able to shake off a tail injury with ease like on Namek, plus everyone gets half a Senzu at the end of each episode so Freeza managed to turn Golden despite being beaten up twice by Toppo and by Jiren.
