Who will be Dragon's first fight? Does anyone in the One Piece world know how strong he is?

Assuming he actually fights, which surely he will considering even the Gorosei fight (and were first introduced as political figures), who will it be against? Will he get a one-on-one fight?

Does anyone know how strong he is? He's the world's most-wanted man (so probably the last bounty Luffy will surpass, if he does ever surpass it. Could be that his bounty is cancelled before it gets that big, if the WG is felled and the senior marines drop his bounty, seeing his as a hero), but do they actually fear his power in combat? He hasn't moved for so long (sometimes literally) so they haven't seen his power. Akainu knows of him, but presumably only as a traitor to the marines, son of Garp and leader of the revolutionaries - not for his fights. Do they think he's Yonkou level? Do Shanks, Big Mom, Kaidou, Mihawk consider him on their level of combat power?

Do you think he ever had a big fight when he left the marines? Like a fight with a comrade or with Garp? Unless he was way older than in God Valley, I imagine Garp would've trounced him if he wanted to. Then again, two years in One Piece was enough time for the supernovas to improve from New World fodder to being highly relevant.

We have 0 information about his current fighting power. We saw a little bit about him as a Marine and he looked like a scrub.

I'd bet they are aware of his power. I can't see him having risen to such infamy if there wasn't an incident where he fought a major power.

That's true, he's literally the most-wanted man. Luffy didn't get that even from punching a celestial dragon. He could have got it from ordering a bunch of major events to happen. Like if he had his group punch a dragon, interfere with governments, steal a poneglyph, kill a celestial dragon...maybe he gets a high bounty for being behind everything.
Does anyone non-marine know him? He could have infamy within the marines for having left them.
