I'll throw a bone to Kizaru. Aokiji froze a tsunami. Akainu pissed off Whitebeard and survived. Those two together destroyed the climate of a whole island just by fighting on it. Fujitora lifted the rubble of an entire city. It's not that Kizaru's feats are bad by any means, but compared to that, he just seems like a wimp. (And yes, I think the speed of light thing is hyperbole. This isn't that kind of series.)

I'm not a fan of Kizaru because of how strong he is or what he's done feats wise, it's more got to do with the fact that I love the way he acts and light magic is something I find pretty awesome.

To be fair, there's a stark contrast in the way they use their Devil Fruits. The other Admirals have powers that focus on large scale environmental control, whereas Kizaru's Light attacks have more of a focus on precise shots. As far as battle feats go for a comparison, it's also worth noting that he's the only one that wasn't forced to take a more serious demeanor against an opponent.
