That's funny because a lot of what's considered canon by many is just

It's really too early to suggest Toriyama now considers Broly as a Canon character based on a trailler where a different character lasts for seconds. Be aware that Toriyama stated he sees the movies as happening in "alternate Universes". So much so is obvious considering the movie wouldn't really fit in the original timeline.

Even worse, people are assuming that "Broly" from the multiversal tournament is indeed Broly or Broly's sister lol.
