Whis said once you're high enough you can, but Trunks seemingly can't?
Except he is. He is most definitely higher than Goku and Vegeta, when Whis made that statement in their regular-states.Fearless Boo said:Because Trunks isn't high enough.
Because Goku and Vegeta trained in the ROSAT [Whis version] where they learned how to sensed a least of god ki and Trunks didn't.Fantastische Hure said:Except he is. RoSaT came after, at first they trained on his planet just normally.
What?Papasmurf said:Whis put them in a white space with God ki when they achieved SSJ blue
Is it possible that it was just written that way, so that we know in-universe for sure Trunks isn't on-par with Super-Saiyan Blue? But technically he should be able to, since Whis said even in their regular-states they could sense God Ki once they are high enough, IIRC.Papasmurf said:My guess is that he's not supposed to be on par with the god forms in-universe and that him lasting as long as he did in the fights against Black and Zamasu is for entertainment purposes (the show is meant for 9 year old after all), whereas Hit and Golden Freeza were indeed up to par with SSJG/SSJB or whatever, and obtained the ability to sense their ki as a result
