Why CGs Vegeta is not far from 50% Goku

Resting state is the same as base. It can be reduced to basically nothing or be ramped up to 1/50th a Super Saiyan's power with little effort.

Yeah, 100% MSSJ Goku would tool the Vegeta/Future Trunks/Kamiccolo triad at the Cell Games like he tooled the Ginyus. I think Vegeta [the strongest of the 3] might be able to beat down 50% Goku like Recoome beat 30k Vegeta down though. I like Vegeta very solidly ahead of 50% Goku. Kamiccolo on the other hand is weaker than 50% Goku while weighted but slightly stronger than him at full power IMO. Judging by the Cell Junior panel Kamiccolo at FP is not all that far behind Vegeta and Future Trunks. Much closer to them than they are to FP Goku.

Vegeta was only SuperSaiyan grade 2
Trunks was SuperSaiyan grade 3
Goku/Gohan Full Grade SuperSaiyan

Vegeta and Trunks are still noticeably stronger than Piccolo at the Cell Games IMO.
