Arale would have been able to finish off any threat before Mutated Zamasu showed up. Perhaps that super attack that Merged Zamasu launched could have seriously hurt Arale.

I think the explanation to your question is that Arale is a "borrowed" character on some occasions to appear in DB, but in general, she is not part of DB.
