Why do anime characters repeat things so much?

- Storybots on Netflix
- Numberblocks and Alphablocks
- Scratch Garden, Kids Learning Tube, on YouTube. Luckily they're immature butts are finally past Pink Fong.

They like the classics too of course (Hey Arnold, Magic School Bus), but like a pair of idiots they picked up rude behaviors from Bugs Bunny and the 90s Sonic cartoon.

They're not ready for Ren and Stimpy/Simpson yet.
