Why do GT fans constantly say EoZ, BoG and FnF are all in th

As far as this Baby debate goes, I'd agree with Pyrus. If Baby were indeed the strongest villain Goten had ever faced, he wouldn't have said this:

Context: Goten and Baby face off
Goten: "Looks like you can handle yourself somewhat. You're no ordinary opponent. I'd say you're better than average."
Baby: "What?"

1. First off, are we forgetting that Cooler was shown in Super #17 saga? That is another monkey wrench in the GT fans claiming the same timeline.

Goten (Japanese): Satan-san, this guy is in a different league from everyone else up to now!
Goten (English): Mr Satan, this guy is stronger than anyone we faced before.
Narrator (Japanese): However, will Goten be all right against Bebi, who has powered up one step higher?

You combine this with with what Trunks about Bebi being the strongest if let to grow, you can see my point.

Everybody is entitled to their own opinions, I just think basing off what Trunks said about Bebi and what the dialogue stated, I think Goten meant he was the strongest enemy they have faced so far.

The dialogue of GT cannot be matched with the new materials that's coming out. All the staff about being the strongest ki Goku ever felt, blah, blah cannot be used as evidence of one timeline.

All the new evidence (Toriyama) seems to be deliberately trying to connect DBZ with Super and BoG and FnF... Akira Toriyama has made no effort to try to connect his DBZ to GT. It's only some external source-guide book claiming they are all together and fans use that and use what Goku said about Bebi being the strongest ki.
